Dental insurance is designed to help you pay a portion of your dental treatment and in fact, should more properly be considered an "insurance rebate". We do our best to help you maximize your rebates and will present your properly completed claim form before you leave at each appointment. However, we cannot guarantee any estimates regarding your coverage and strongly advise all patients to check directly with their insurance company for all explanations of benefits. The benefits in your contract depend on what your employer has negotiated with your carrier, along with the amount you choose to pay in premiums. Please help by providing us with complete and updated insurance information. Also, while we work with most insurance companies, we do not work directly for any of them. We have patients with most PPO programs, but we do not work with HMO programs, nor capitation programs. When one considers the valuable rewards we give our patients (found under the "specials page" of this website) as well as our already reasonable fees, we feel we are doing everything possible to keep the cost of high quality dental care as reasonable as possible. All financial arrangements must be made in advance. Please keep in mind that our services are rendered and charged to you and not your insurance company. For patients who do not want to be PATS and receive their 10% reward off all procedures, all the time, we do offer 12 month payment plans with no interest or carrying charges. Longer term payment schedules are also available for more extensive treatment plans. With these plans you truely can afford the smile and dental health you have always wanted and deserved! The following are a few of the insurance companies that have agreements with our patients and with whom we are currently working. Please remember we offer rewards and discounts directly to our patients, which is forebidden contractual if we worked for any insurance company. They insist that all discounts be directly given to their company, effectively making us charge different fees to different patients, which we feel is unjust and simply not fair. Naturally we do everything possible to get you as much of a rebate or benefit from your insurance company as possible.
