When you existing patients come to our office for your routine, preventive recare visit, x-rays and periodontal care (cleaning), we will arrange to provide you with custom teeth whitening trays and materials for a one-time enrollment fee of only $99. Then, at each recommended preventive visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up kit of bleaching gel. This ensures that you will be able to keep your bright, beautiful and healthy smile for life!

 

All we ask in return is:


*You keep your suggested six month (or as otherwise agreed upon) preventive visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that this is the best method to keep your overall dental health at its maximum and the expense of dental care at its minimum.


*Provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change any appointment. In order to provide exceptional services like “White Teeth and Healthy Smiles for Life” to all of our patients, we ask that you help us stay efficient by giving us the courtesy of advance notice of schedule changes.  It allows us time to call one of our "On Deck" folks.

At WindanSea Dental Associates we really appreciate our PATS!  No, that is not an abbreviation for our "patients" but rather refers to our special patients who PAY AT THE TIME OF SERVICE!  Like your favorite restaurant, clothing store, cleaners, grocery store, etc., we are also a business and greatly appreciate our patients who pay us at the time of service.  Of course, we also work with most insurance and employee benefit programs, but we strongly prefer that they pay your insurance rebates directly to you.  We work for you, not an insurance company and all of these rewards are designed to keep our costs down and your dental expenses as reasonable as possible.

 

 Also like most businesses we also have slower scheduling times and occasionally we even have late cancellations.  Therefore, if you are a retired person, or have a flexible schedule, we have another special reward for you.  Our "On Deck Reward"  If you request that your name be put on our on-deck list and can come in for appointments with a 24 hour or less notice to help fill those last minute holes in our schedule, you will receive an additional:

10% OFF ALL DENTAL PROCEDURES ALL THE TIME!! 

So that is 20% off all procedures, all the time for simply being a PATS that is on the On Deck List with a flexible schedule!

 

 

REFER THREE AND YOU ARE FREE

FOR A WHOLE YEAR!! 

 

That's right we are always looking for ways to reward faithful members of our patient family who are kind enough to refer their friends, neighbors and co-workers to our office.  Therefore, any patient who refers three or more new patients to our office will receive their cleanings, x-rays and check-ups FREE for the entire next year.  Yes, that is two cleanings, x-rays and exams completely free.  You save well over $350 and if you have insurance coverage, you simply keep the benefits or rebate they normally pay our office.  Call 858-459-3247 for details and never again pay for routine dental care!!
